Haulotte GmbH,the German subsidiary of Haulotte Group, is thrilled to announce that it has been honored with the décerné "Employer of the Future" award by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND).
This recognition comes following a rigorous multi-stage selection process and audit, positioning Haulotte GmbH as a model employer in creating an environment conducive to future workforce trends.
The selection process involved a comprehensive audit of company data, including factors such as size, number of employees, turnover, and turnover development.
The assessment scrutinized various aspects of the company's approach to modern work practices. Questions ranged from the provision of home office arrangements and associated equipment to the presence of flextime schemes, employee benefits, and contributions to market-shaping product innovations.
The "Employer of the Future" seal is awarded based on five key assessment criteria:
